Itinerary
Bill Mays tours and records in many varied configurations:
with his newly-formed Inventions trio (featuring trumpeter Marvin Stamm & cellist Alisa Horn), as a solo pianist,
in duo with saxophonist Bud Shank,
duo with Marvin Stamm,
with his trio (Martin Wind, bass; Matt Wilson, drums) and
a sextet. A recent endeavor has been his classical/jazz
crossover concerts with the Finisterra Trio, the Philadelphia Piano Quartet
and the Toronto Chamber Jazz Septet.
